Due to the nature of our business and materials used in the production of all Simply E Bag Wear, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or refunds at this time unless your item has arrived damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at [email protected]
We do not offer refunds on Sale Items or orders where a promotional code has been applied unless faulty on arrival.
CANCELLING ORDERS
Due to the nature of our business where each one of our handbags are Cut, Sewn and Made To Order. We are unable to modify or cancel an order if its within 24 hours.
We do realise we are an online small business and try to make choosing the bag for you as easy as possible. All of our handbag listings come with a real life image of your chosen bag modelled to give you a sense of scale alongside a set of dimensions.
If still unsure come visit us at our various pop ups throughout the year or reach out to us and we will try our very best to accommodate you in person.

We take pride in skillfully hand selecting the best part of the leather hide to use for each part of your bag.
Colour will vary ever so slightly depending on colour batch (no leather hide is the same) but we try are almost best to keep things consistent.
